1. Whether and to what extent is this population aware of their obligations, rights and remedies?

2. Whether and to what extent are formal and/or effective and impartial informal dispute resolution mechanisms accessible to this population?

3. What are the challenges faced in accessing dispute resolution mechanisms (knowledge, trust, accessibility)?
